    We stayed for two weeks. The premises was clean on arrival and was so easy to keep that way for our two week stay. Great layout for all age children and enough room for their mates. The air conditioner in the lounge room kept the sanity on hotter days. Close to all shops as well as the river and the beach. Loved every minute of our stay.

    The house was lovely but this stay was a roll over from 2 years ago. We did not pick this property originally however due to boarder closure/COVID restrictions, we were given as an option for the same price because the property we booked was not available and Selah was pet friendly according to LJ Hooker. Now Elders, we were told no pets one week prior to arriving. Also told on day prior to arriving that check in had changed from 12noon to 3pm even though we had it in writing - very very poor, gave us little time to arrange a pet sitter, even offered $1000 extra bond to hold until property was inspected after we departed, due to pet, but to no avail. Unreasonable resolution from a family that has been staying at Evans Head for 13 years.
